Hi David,

I had posted a comment when you made your first blog and have not received a response. I have the same comment for your second blog. Hearing-impaired individuals cannot hear what is being spoken. Do you plan on providing the recipes in a written format along with your blogs at some point?

Hi Anonymous,
Check my response to you for the last video. We are still working on the basics of these videos, so I haven't set up an area to write the recipes. Actually, most of these won't have actual recipes. For this one, take a room temperature Chocolate Truffle Cake (mine) and mash it. Make 1 oz balls and roll them in hazelnut praline (roasted hazelnuts and caramelized sugar, ground up-but not too finely-in a food processor) made according to a recipe of your choice or simply to your own taste. Eat them as you make them or keep them in the freezer (wrapped up).

Hi David,

I've held onto the emails with the webblog info until I had enough time to watch. I enjoyed both episodes.

Thanks for the great ideas.

A quick question are you planning on having the dulce de leche cakes available by mail? I served it to a visiting relative from San Francisco and everytime she's around that's all she wants!! It'd make a nice Christmas present.

Thanks again and lots of luck.

Joan

Hi David,

I enjoyed both webblogs. I look forward to watching future shows, keep them coming.

A quick question - will you have the dulce de leche cakes available to ship via the internet? I served it to a visitng relative from San Francisco and that's all she ever wants now! It'd make a great Christmas present.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

Hi jgomes,
Thanks for your email. We will make the dulce de leche cake again, but I'm not sure when. I love dulce de leche, so maybe I can convince the people in charge to make it.
